Humanize is a global digital platform supporting personal development through an innovative science-based curriculum and inter-subjective dyadic practices with high-level teachers, regular coaching, and a community to support ongoing and sustainable practice and inner transformation.

Our platform is based on four main pillars. These pillars support high-quality onboarding through webinars with a science-based introduction to different types of dyadic mental practices, followed by coach-based training of dyadic practices, and then daily dyadic practice with trained and qualified people across the globe, forming a global community of Humanize practitioners.
